Entering 2 child care advance payments of 89.50, total of $179, turbo tax rounds up both amounts to $90, which results in an inaccurate total of $180. How to fix this?

I can enter 90 for me and 89 for my wife which makes the total accurate but not the individual amounts.

Easy fix to get around the auto rounding ... simply enter 89 for one person and 90 for the other = 179 total 

The IRS only gets the total on the 8812 anyway ... how you get it there is immaterial ...
