I have repeatedly tried to contact TurboTax about this issue. I get nowhere. I call repeatedly and after being on hold I'm disconnected. I've tried the chat during which I'm told they don't understand or can't provide any answers. They charged my credit card but so far I'm unable to use the product I've paid for. Any ideas?

Did you purchase one of the 2025 TurboTax desktop editions? Have you download the software? Do you have the License Code? Is the software installed? Windows or Mac?

Or are you referring to the TurboTax online web-based editions?
I used to be sent a CD with license code. Evidently that was discontinued. I'm on auto renew for TurboTax Advantage Deluxe. My credit card is automatically charged. Then, I'm supposed to receive an email with the license code in
order to install and access the tax return prep. I've not received that email. I've attempted numerous times to have it sent. They have my correct email address.
There was suppose to seed a 6 digit code to my email so I can finish I never got to code
