efiling

I mailed my 2019 taxes, and they appear to be lost, as they have yet to be processed. I was told when I called the IRS not to resubmit them, but to wait for the process to work, that was months ago. I wanted to file 2020 efile, but have cannot enter 2019 AGI because it has not been processed. Will I be able to efile 2020? If so, how?

Keep waiting for 2019.  They are still working on 2019 returns.  Try entering 0 for the AGI to efile 2020 since they haven't finished 2019.
