Tubo tax will not saved my edits.  The same wrong entries keep coming up, no matter how often I change them.  I have gotten no usable advice from your help service, no matter how often a ask for a solution.  I have used Turbo Tax for the past six years and have never had the difficulties I am experiencing this year.  I need clear answers  and successful solutions!!!!!!!!

Are you using TT Desktop (CD/download)?  You must proactively keep saving the file.

Conversely, TT Online (web) autosaves. Try using a different browser, and clear cache and cookies.
