Hi. I didn't realize that there's a start date for when the IRS starts accepting returns. I mailed my 2022 Form 709 (Gift Tax), which will get to the IRS before the 1/24/23 tax filing start date.
Will they reject this form back to me?
Thanks.

A 709 is not even an income tax form. You mail it separately from a Form 1040. Mailed returns are not "accepted" or "rejected" the way e-files are. You will just have to wait for a human to open your envelope and enter your gift form into the system. Whenever you mail anything to the IRS, use a mailing service like certified mail so you will know that they received it.
No rejecction. The IRS ill hold it until they are ready to process the form.
