E-file VA State return

I have already e-filed 5 business returns. I need to file a sixth return. I will mail the federal return but VA requires e-file for the state return. In the past Turbo Tax has allowed e-filing the 6th state return. It will not let me do it this year

You cannot e-file a state return if the federal return was filed by mail.   You will have to file the state return by mail.
