I posted an issue and received a partial answer. But I DID submit a Turbo tax E-file for 2022 and also last year for 2021. I KNOW that they were submitted because they were both rejected by IRS. My question is why did I not get a notice in either case ? How can I see if Turbo Tax has a record of emailing me and I did not get it (I chcked in Spam, junk, Trash also).

You would have received an email from TurboTax for the rejected tax return if you have the correct email address in your TurboTax account.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I think the problem is resolved.
The rejections from TurboTax went into SPAM in an old email address and were not seen.
I have now mailed in return by US mail.
