E-file from Turbotax desktop

I am amending a 2022 return.  The original return was done on Turbotax online.  I downloaded the desktop version for the amendment.  There is no e-file tab.  How do I efile using the file I created on the desktop?

E-filing a 2022 tax return using TurboTax was closed after October 16,2023.  A 2022 tax return or amended tax return can only be printed and mailed when using TurboTax.
