Thank you very much for your response. I am using online TurboTax to file my taxes. That radio button is already selected and the system says that it should be blank. Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue? I am unable to file the taxes due to this error.

When I view the diagnostic copy of your return it shows no entry in box 7a. Have you tried deleting Schedule B and re-entering your interest and dividends manually? If you've imported those 1099s, this may be causing this error. You might consider deleting those 1099s with foreign income first to see if that will clear the error.
Otherwise, consider switching from TurboTax Online to TurboTax Desktop, where I see no error.
Other alternatives are to Contact Support, or to print your return and mail it.
