During "Review", the system refers to forms I did not upload (e.g. misc income), and I'm unable to delete those forms - ?

What happens when you try to delete those forms or are they not appearing at all?

To delete a form you must go to the original form.  You can select forms (top right) and then select the form on the left.  At the bottom of that window displaying the form is the delete button.  Select it....gone.  Generally to modify and delete a form you must go to where you made the original entry.
