I received an email advising that my turbo tax 2023 payment was received and ready to download. But when I login - it goes to a page "Start my 2022 return". I need 2023.

@sflaa The CD's started mailing on November 15. If you moved and did not update your address with TurboTax, you should have submitted a change of address with the post office. It will take a few days before the CD arrives. If you do not receive the CD by the end of November, then contact TurboTax support for assistance.

I logged into the link that you provided - and it shows only 2017 and 2018 available. I paid for 2023.
@sflaa That sounds like you have more than one User ID for TurboTax. You need to enter the exact same User ID used for the 2023 software purchase.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2023 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
I went back to the email I received, and it does mention that the 2023 software will be a CD. Perhaps I have to wait for it to arrive. Or, can I instead download? If so, how? Considering that it shows only 2017 and 2018 available for download.

If you ordered a CD, you can also get a download version after you receive your CD in the mail. Follow the instructions included with the packaging to access the download.

Hi again, I need your advice. I received email on Nov 2 advising that my CD for Turbo Tax Deluxe 2023 was being mailed. We moved on Nov 7. I have checked our previous address and new address, and have not received the CD at either. Thus, I don' t have the code needed to download. How can I get this resolved? Ideally through download at the website. I paid for it, and so far have nothing.

Just a follow up. Yesterday, Nov 27, I received my CD that was successfully forwarded to my new address. All is well with the world again! Thanks again for your help DoninGA. Happy holidays! Steve
