You can enter any 5-digit self-selected code when asked for the e-file code. You Must enter the 2022 AGI from your 2022 federal tax return Form 1040 Line 11 for the e-filed tax return to be accepted by the IRS.

No, you don't need to know the five digit PIN you used last year. You do need your 2022 AGI. Follow this link for help with that.
