Does TurboTax inform me of need to file form 709?

TurboTax does not support Form 709; the form is not included in any TurboTax product.

I now understand that TT does not support this form. But I feel strongly that TT should at least ask enough questions so that the user can be advised whether or not they need to pursue it independently. Ignoring it is unacceptable.

I have to disagree. Although it would admittedly be nice to have, TurboTax is income tax preparation software which has absolutely nothing to do with gift and estate tax.
