I am a female filling married filled jointly for 2019. I have 2 dependants and I make less than $55,952. I qualified for Earned Income Tax Credit for the past 3 years but this year I have a 1099 Misc. My question was does having a 1099 Misc affect my eligibility to qualify for Earned Income Tax Credit?

The EIC (Earned Income Credit) is determined by your earned income as well as other factors. Your earned income can include W2 wages, as well as self-employment income reported on 1099-Misc.
As long as you still meet the income and other qualifications, a 1099-Misc does not disqualify you from the EIC.
