I have also received the "oops" message a few times this year on my Mac, though I was able to keep working after it occurred.
If the pop-up message includes space for you to identify what you were doing when it occurred, etc., we encourage users to complete and submit the form so that our programmers can better determine what the issue is and how to address it.
