"Do you Still Need These Forms?" How do I get out of the loop. Can't enter 1099-INT nor 1099-DIV.

You can Delete the forms if you don't need them - do you see the trash can icon?   Or can you click Update or Review next to the ones you want to keep?   Can you click on My Info from the left side menu to get out of the loop?  

If you have empty forms that carried over from last year, you have to either update them or delete them before you can get through the Review.
