You have to file a 2021 return. For individuals wanting to claim the 2021 Recovery Rebate Credit, they have until April 15, 2025, to file the required tax return.

No.  You need to file 2021 tax return or amend it if you filed.   You never got the 3rd Stimulus, which was $1,400 per person?  If you didn't get it or you qualified for more you claim it as the Recovery Rebate Credit on 1040 line 30.

 

If you didn't file 2021.   To do a prior year return you have to buy the Desktop program here,

You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.

You have to print and mail prior year returns. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return. Don’t forget state.
