Do I mark as 'lived in another state' after change of address?

Within the same year, I went to the post office and changed address. I am not a resident status yet. Do I mark as 'I lived in another state'?

did you move from one state to another in the same calendar year? the purpose of the question is to see if you have a tax obligation in more than one state, so if you changed states answer yes.
