Return to the W2 entry and leave the entire state section blank, no wage, no state, no numbers / information of any sort.

I removed the state and $ info as you suggested as shown in the print-screen capture below.
However, after removing the data I can't "Continue" past this page without a $ value. Any attempt to get past this page without filling in state and $ values always brings me back to this page requiring me to answer the question " Yes, I took this money out of my nonqualified or Section 457 plan." I must answer this question, but once I have I am required to enter the state and $ values.
Any other suggestions?
