Delayed Charges

I just saw I was charged over $100 from Turbo Tax, even though I thought I paid the Deluxe fee with my return back when I did my taxes several months ago. Why am I being charged this much and why now?

When you signed up for refund transfer, you also agreed that if your refund was delayed, turbotax could take their fees from your bank account (because Turbotax performed a service and wants to get paid, and can't be responsible for delays at the IRS).  When the IRS pays your refund, the service charge will still be deducted, unfortunately, but not the Turbotax fees, and the rest of the money will be forwarded to your bank account.
