Where do I enter my costco code? I downloaded the software that got emailed to me after my purchase from Costco. I input all my tax info and am ready to file. Turbo tax is trying to charge me as if I did not already purchase it. Please help!

Turbo Tax fees you are charged will depend on any add-ons you may have selected. You can view a breakdown of your TurboTax charges by signing in to your online return. Once you have signed in and selected to continue your return, select Tools from the My Account drop-down list in the upper right corner. In the pop-up window, select My Fees to get a breakdown of your TurboTax charges.
If the breakdown of the fees is inaccurate, please click here to contact our Customer Support Team. Enter "Billing Issue" as the reason for contact.
No costco code insert with my disc

For those with the Disc purchased from Costco, it should be included in the packaging or on the disc:
If you obtained the TurboTax CD from an authorized retailer, your license code is printed on the front of the insert in your box.
If you obtained the TurboTax CD directly from TurboTax.com, your license code is printed on the packing slip.
If you obtained the TurboTax CD through TurboTax Advantage, your license code is printed on the envelope.
And to some of the users posting in this thread....
sounds like you bought the Desktop CD/Download program but may have ended using the Online browser version?
Online & Desktop work differently and are priced different. You can not apply the Desktop purchase to the Online fees.
from the desktop version how do you enter the key? it never asked for it and is charging fees
Are you on Windows or Mac? Did you install the program ok?
If you accidentally used the online version instead of the Desktop program installed on your computer you can move your return from online into the Desktop program and file from the program.
When you filled out your return did you go online and log in? And see a black column on the left side with the menu items, Federal, State, File etc.
That is Online.
The Windows Desktop program is blue across the top and the menu items like Federal, State, Review, File go across the top.
