Confused about Box 14 on my Oregon W-2

Box 14 Other of my W-2 is laid out as such:

I'm confused as to what I classify each item as from the dropdown menu. In terms of Oregon-related options, there's Oregon Statewide Transit Tax and Oregon Paid Leave. Any advice?

there are no standards for box 14, they can be for anything ask your employer for clarification.
