TurboTax indicates to me that the CO 104 and CO 104AD are not yet ready to file, however the Form Availability site says they are ready, and it is Apr 5th. . . . so I'm certain it's ready. Any recommendation of how to fix the glitch if it's a glitch. My federal sent fine, but Colorado won't pass the final review because it says the two forms are not ready. Thank you.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.
Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

No, I was not able to resolve the issue through any of the recommendations. I ultimately had to uninstall the desktop version and reload from disc. Unfortunately, this also required reloading the Colorado State Forms and this cost an additional $45 which I had already paid for the first time. If you could provide any solution or process for requesting reimbursement for the additional $45, I would appreciate it. // mitch walrod
