For state (Virginia), I can't find the place to edit this under state (or form or credit) where Code 20 no credit being claimed for pass through entity lives to edit this. Where did you find it?

@JackManna4 Thank you so much for this. It's quite a shame that you have to google for solutions, and even when you find the official help page, the "experts" prove no help. Customers over here troubleshooting by trial and error. But what you suggested works. I felt like I was stuck in an endless time loop...

This did not work for me.  I also tried entering a period.  It won't accept anything except blank.  The problem is that TurboTax inserts a zero if left blank.  I can't file my returns!

@geraldz See JackManna4's comment, that's what finally got it to work for me. I was about to throw my laptop across the room lol, it's a ridiculous glitch..
