Where is this userID you are talking about? The one in my profile doesn't go anywhere. I can't find anywhere that has my userID that I can click on. Instead of sending the information that I need to my regular email (like the analyst said he was going to do) they claim to have put the message in account and sent me a link to my account. Not a link to the message center, just to the general account page. NOT HELPFUL
