Is it possible to claim my 9 year old sister on my taxes? If so what are the requirements?

You may claim her as a dependent if you meet the qualifying child or qualifying relative test. Please review the requirements of each to determine if your sister qualifies to be your dependent.

Maybe. She can't be claimed by anyone else in order for you to be able to claim her. See this link for the full requirements. TurboTax will ask all of these questions when you ''Add a Dependent'' to your tax return.
