It appears that I am unable to import my Chas. Schwab account because my laptop has Windows 11. I have used TT for many years but am new to Schwab. This is very disappointing. Will not be purchasing Turbo Tax next year. I have wasted alot of time on this and it seems crazy that these two companies don't have it together!
I ended up getting onto the TurboTax website and filing there just fine. All downloads worked on the website. I had to pay for the product again but I just needed to get my taxes done and couldn't risk filling in the wrong numbers in the wrong place typing it in myself. I won't use a software download again.

I am using the downloaded version that I purchased from Costco on my laptop. My laptop has Windows 11.
Have you followed the steps here to manually update the software? Based on the software requirements page here, we do support Windows 11.

Spoke to someone who shared my screen and was still unable to upload Schwab info. Offered me a 20% discount at e-filing check out. After years of using Turbo Tax, this will be my last time. Not sure why two large entities, Schwab and Turbo tax are unable to get this right!
I tried a combination of suggestions and here is what worked for me. 1) I deleted my history and cookies in my browser. 2) I am using two screens, when I moved (drag with mouse) the blank login form one screen to the other, the login and password showed up. But when I typed in the user name nothing showed up in the form in the box until I dragged it to my other screen. So for each input to register (or for me to see it) I had to drag the pop-up box back and forth between my two screens. Very odd but worked.
I have the same problem when using Windows 11. I then try on a computer with Windows 10, and it works fine.
I was able to import my Schwab data to my TurboTax file. My issue was seeing a blank screen after signing into my Intuit account and selected Charles Schwab & Co to ‘get my data’. I read so many postings and someone mentioned about changing the screen resolution if you have a newer computer. So I explored this further. Note that I’m not a tech savvy person. I hope you will understand my description.
So here is my solution to get pass the blank screen. When I saw the blank screen, I changed the screen resolution to another one and it does not matter which one you select. Once you do that, you will see the Schwab log in screen. Take your curser to the area where you would enter the user id and type your info. You will see nothing as you enter but proceed anyway. Now change your resolution to another selection and you will see your user id input. Next, place your curser over the password area and type in your password without seeing any data. Change your resolution again to see something was entered as your password. Change your resolution and click ‘log In’. Change your resolution to see that you are logged in to your Schwab account. I think the next step is to certify and agree to allow Schwab to share info with third party. Just remember to change the resolution with EVERY input, click and action until your Schwab data is downloaded to your tax file.
I wish you all success with this fix.

FOUND YOUR REPLY AND GAVE IT A SHOT !! DID NOT WORK W/ 2 SCREENS BUT HAD TO GO TO 2 MONITORS AND LAPTOP SCREEN AND TYPE IN GHOST CHARACTERS (USER & pw INFO NOT SHOWING UP) AND MOVING BETWEEN ALL 3 SCREENS AND ON & ON & ON UNTIL ALL THE WAY THROUGH
IT WORKED !!
I KNOW I AM YELLING BUT I AM EFFING HAPPY & PISSED ALL AT THE SAME TIME
THIS WAS A RIDICULOUS PROBLEM AND EVEN MORE OF AN OUT OF TEH BOX FIX....BET TECH SUPPORT DOESNT EVEN KNOW
