Cant get started

I keep getting an error message that my billing information isnt working.  I've just been billed 3 times, and I still cant get any confirmation that Ive downloaded the software, so, I cant get the licensing code to get started.

If your TurboTax license code is not working make sure you are using the desktop version (not an online account), enter the code without dashes, and check for any typos. 

Other things you can try:

• Change your Windows display settings to 100% or 125%. 
• Temporarily disable your VPN 
• Disable your firewall settings that may block your TurboTax activation. 
•  Uninstall and reinstall the application. 
• If these don't work, contact TurboTax Support
