I have been trying to pay for my yearly software download with a credit card I have use for the past 1-2 years. The card keeps getting rejected. This is the only card I use.
I think you are too late to get the 2021 software from an Advantage account---they have already fulfilled orders for members of Advantage for 2021 software and it sounds like they did not fill an order for you if they do not have correct credit card information. You do know there are other ways to purchase the software, right?

You can also purchase the CD/download from various retailers such as Costco, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Sam’s Club, etc. etc. etc.

When you use desktop software, there is an additional fee to e-file a state return. You can avoid that fee if you print, sign and mail the state return. The state e-file fee is $19.99 and increases in March.
I'm unable to pay the fees using my credit card. I've tried multiple times, I don't even get to enter my credit card information. What am I doing wrong?
If you're in the Efile section and want to pay your TurboTax fees, a separate payment window opens where you enter your credit card info.
If this is not happening, or you get an error message, here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs, which should resolve your issue with connecting properly to the billing server.
