Hello,
I was able to access my Etrade tax information online earlier this week, but when I try to import the document via TurboTax, it tells me "We could not import this". I have the third-party data sharing set appropriately to allow third-party access by TurboTax.
Might it be the case that documents become available for import later than they do for client access?
thanks

Hi @brooklyntj
Be sure to check on or after January 31st 2026. Many institutions have stated this is when their forms will be available. Hope this helps!
I am having an issue -when I try and import for Etrade documents
It does not log get me into account -- I have confirm the user id and Password -- Am I am logged into the account on a different tab
Yes, when you choose to import E*Trade, a separate browser window opens to enter your user name and password. After entering these, click on 'Get My Forms'.
If you're not able to do that and receive an error message, it could be that the import-coded documents are not yet available. If you can share what happens after entering your credentials, we'll try to help.
I Receive Error message : 'That didn’t work. Try signing in again. (103)'
While many tax documents arrive by January 31, some brokerages delay consolidated 1099 statements (like 1099-B) until mid-February due to account complexity. If your data isn't ready to import yet, check back in a week or two.
If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.
