Cannot file due to endless loop

I am ready to file with my desktop version but I keep getting looped back to "We Need to Make One More Check". Everything is correct. Our corrected 10899-R has a Box 1 amount of "0". Turbo Tax says that's not possible. It's corrected from our bank - can't change. Have already paid for the Premier version. Need to file electronically. Can't actually talk to a person.

If there was no distribution from the account why are you receiving a Form 1099-R?

I received one with money in Box 1 and then received a corrected one that said 0.

@shime If you did not receive a distribution or you did not roll over the retirement account to another retirement account, delete the Form 1099-R.
