Cancel my partially prepared return I need to go to a tax expert

I have not filed yet.  There is info requested that I don’t know where to get, so I want to cancel my entire profile and go to a tax professional.  How do I do it?  I’ve been charged, but nothing sent.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
