Can't import Schwab tax forms in Turbo Tax

I have tried more times than I can count to import my Charles Schwab 2022 tax forms.  Third party access is enabled. I have even changed my user ID and password, but with no success.  I get a message that says "This import was unsuccessful.  Internal server error. No problem. We will help you enter the info and continue with your return".  I bought Turbo Tax so I wouldn't have to manually enter all of the Schwab info.  It worked the first two years, but not this year.  This needs to be fixed.  If anyone has any other ideas on how to import, all help would be appreciated.

I imported all of my Charles Schwab tax forms just a moment ago - but first I upgraded to Premier for $35 extra payment and then was able to bring everything in.   You could try that and see if it works

Thanks for the reply!  I actually have the Home and Business, which is the high end version.  I accidentally put Deluxe.  I finally got the stuff imported, but had to go through Schwab, then through Intuit, and from there into Turbo Tax.  Kind of the backdoor route, but everything finally came through.    Looks like it would work either way, but for some reason mine would not.  But persistence paid off!  🙂

Schwab is merging in TD Ameritrade accounts to become Schwab accounts.
