Can't efile state (Indiana) using download Turbotax Deluxe

This issue in this post is happening again in 2022.  Federal e-file works fine.  Turbo tax said all my IN forms supported for e-file. 
Relates to windows desktop version.  

will this be addressed this year.

Windows 10, spent eight hours doing all the things recommende.  Appears never fixed last year and still not working this year.   The efiling for federal went fine.  The issue is the same as on this thread from last year.  For Indiana e-filing all goes well until you get to the transmit returns now button. You hit the button screen goes grey and a cirlce appears for a few secons and then goes back as if nothing happened.
