Can't efile state (Indiana) using download Turbotax Deluxe

I am using a downloaded version of Deluxe. I tried to e-file my Federal and state (Indiana) taxes but when I clicked on "Transmit Returns Now" nothing happened. I tried several times and used various suggested methods but nothing helped. Eventually I efiled the Federal return separately. My Federal return was accepted. However, when I try to efile Indiana and click on "Transmit Returns now," again nothing happens. I am not getting any errors and my download seems to be up to date.

Bad news, Indiana residents. After more than four hours on the phone with TT customer service, I was told that the Indiana Info Worksheet is unsupported for the download TurboTax Deluxe version and prevents efile. Also, you can't delete it. I asked, "So nobody in Indiana who downloads Deluxe can efile?" I didn't get an answer because at that point I was disconnected from customer service and had to call back again and they couldn't help me either. So now I have to request a refund for the amount I paid to efile and mail in my Indiana return.

Same here. I'm going to wait to see if it gets fixed. I couldn't even get anyone to answer when I called Turbotax.

Is there going to be an update so Indiana residents can transmit returns? Otherwise, I need to know how to get a refund as I have already paid the $25.00.

There are several forms Indiana does not support to e-file with Turbo Tax. You can view this list on the forms availability page here. 

If a form you are using is listed as not supported, you will need to contact us by phone to request a refund for any e-file fees (not product fees), as we do not have access to do any refunds here in this public forum.

@CarissaM , when I called customer service they were not able to provide a refund for the efile fee over the phone. They pointed me toward an online refund request form, which was more applicable to refunds for the TurboTax product than the efile fee. Are you saying that I should call back and that someone could help me get a refund over the phone?

 Yes, the blue link that @CarissaM showed opens up to this information. As she also mentioned, "There are several forms Indiana does not support to e-file with Turbo Tax." There is no refund for the program as there is nothing wrong with it. The problem is again, that there are several forms Indiana does not support to e-file with Turbo Tax.

People on this thread - we have on tax return in the household that was successfully efiled for Indiana. Two will not transmit. There is another thread with even more people reporting this issue. Flood them with requests. It is a computer glitch that they need to fix.

I am ready to go now Turbo Tax - things have been so easy in the past, but now I can't e-file Indiana (would have been nice to know before paying $25) and I could not get the Schwab import that has always worked in the past with my desktop version and instead I entered everything manually, spending 3 extra hours.  I should have never paid for desktop and just used the free version, although it sounds like I'd still have to print and mail Indiana.  So ideally you will refund the cost of the program AND the $25 for not e-filing Indiana. I'm just so frustrated - nothing works like before.

AND! I called support and was steered to someone's reply of a Schwab import workaround. TT closed my issue saying it had been resolved! It was certainly not resolved by steering me to something then not hanging around to see if it worked.  Tried the password change, tried having Schwab open. It works great with the FREE online version of TT, but not the one you actually pay for.

What a joke. I have spent hours trying to solve this problem with Turbotax. At first it was them telling me its a software issue, then it was because of a firewall. They can't seem to figure out. Maybe f all the agents submit the same problem they might be able to fix it.  I have now gotten to the point of trying to get my $25 refunded and they are arguing with me that the fee isn't for E-filing. Meanwhile I have been on hold for 45 minutes and this is the third agent I have talked to. I'm thinking a class action lawsuit will be coming soon.

Paid efile fee for state (Indiana) using Turbotax Home and Business. Turbotax will not transmit forms. How do I apply for a refund?

Only took me an hour arguing with customer support to get mine. Who even knows if I will get it. She told me 2-3 weeks to get the refund and that she will send a conformation email. Never got that email. If I don't get it I think I may contact an attorney about a class action lawsuit. They know there's a problem and refuse to address it.

Note all of our replies in this thread. I will happily join a class action lawsuit if the $25 is not refunded. Biggest no brainer ever.  I am working on the refund right now actually.

Also I couldn't get Chase investments to import either as it worked last yr.
