@Dee 4660 The above answer I just left for you tells how to proceed if you are referring to the 6-digit code some people need when efiling to verify their email address before proceeding. If that's not your situation; i.e., if you are not referring to the code needed during efiling, but instead referring to a two-step log-in verification code to get into your account, report back for a different answer that will tell you how to recover account access. Then once you are back in your account you can update the phone number by going to the Intuit Account settings.
