Married filing jointly for 2019 but now divorced. I am paying from one account, she is paying from another.

No, you can only do a direct debit for the taxes owed from one bank account using TurboTax.

Why not have your ex transfer the funds from her account to your account so that you can pay the whole amount of the taxes owed?
