I am unable to print and mail my amended taxes. How do I refile when that's my only option?

He can only amend (1040x) electronically, if he filed his return electronically.

what year? TurboTax only allows e-filing of 2020 amended return.

what you can do is save a .pdf copy of the amended return to your desktop or directly to a thumb drive. you can then take it to many office supply stores to print out. even a FedEx store. call first to check.
