For which tax year did you receive the Form 1095-A for the State Marketplace Insurance? If this was for tax year 2023 you can enter the Form 1095-A on your 2023 tax return.
To enter, edit or delete your Form 1095-A -
Or enter 1095-a in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1095-a
If you have already filed the 2023 return then you will have to amend the 2023 return that was filed to add the Form 1095-A.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.

It is for the year2023. I did not file a tax return for last year I just need to file the insurance. I have the information that I need to do so.
You are required to file a 2023 tax return if you received a Form 1095-A. If there is no taxable income entered on return you will have to print and mail the tax return to the IRS.
Or you can add $1 of interest income using Form 1099-INT so that the return can be e-filed. Enter any name for the Issuer of the interest and $1 in box 1 of the 1099-INT.
Enter interest income in the Search box locate in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to interest income
On the screen Did you have investment income in 2023? Click on Yes
On the screen Let's import your tax info, click on Enter a different way
On the screen OK, let's start with one investment type, click on Interest and Continue
On the screen How would you like to upload your 1099-INT? Click on Type it in myself
