Can anyone help me find my payer's federal ID number for 1099-G

The Form 1099-G that you received from the state will have the payer ID on the form.  On an IRS Form 1099-G it will be in the box labeled Payer's TIN.

It depends on your state.  Some states only provide the Form 1099-G on a website.  Check with your state department of labor or department of unemployment.
