Bug with rental property expenses

This was NOT resolved for me to use TurboTax for 2021 filing. After hours of working on rental expenses and re-entering numbers, restarting new returns, corresponding with “support”, using multiple browsers, clearing cache, everything they advised. I have scrapped Turbo Tax and won’t ever use it again.

I just read this thread with great interest, as it is January 2023 and I need to enter Rental Expenses for my 2022 taxes.  I'm having the same issue described here.  I will try clearing the cache, but if it doesn't work, I may need to seek alternatives to Turbo Tax as well.

I spent an hour with TurboTax on the phone and there is no resolution. This is clearly a software bug and it will spit out incorrect amounts. I have tried deleting the form, restarting, etc. nothing worked!
