Back pay for child stimulus

My son was born in 2018 and I was not able to get a social until just a couple weeks ago I was not able to receive anything for him during the stimulus or pandemic he was never issued a social get a couple weeks ago it's a long story but now I have it and I want to know how do I get his stimulus that he never received

 To clarify, did you file as a resident or non-resident in 2020 or this year?

Since he did not have a valid Social Security number before the due date of the 2020 tax return, May 17, 2021, or if an extension was filed, October 15, 2021, then he is not eligible for either EIP1 or EIP2.

• It wasn't that his social was invalid it was just not issued yet but he was born in December 2018 before those dates that you said so would I still not qualify for EIP1 or EIP2

Since it was not issued he did not have SSN before those dates so he is not eligible.

I don't understand that was when nobody could leave the house a certain time.he is a pandemic baby
