Yep -- see the reply (below) from "Kid from Little Chute" -- this worked for me.

Thanks to LfLC!  I would never have guessed!

Oh, and when I entered my Identification Code, it said "Not recognized".  So I pressed again, for no good reason, and it worked!   Awful system...

Not amazing that Chase and Turbo Tax still can't figure their apps out.
