Arizona form 349 Credit for Qualified Facilities

Trying to Efile AZ state corp taxes and error pops up that states since there is an amount in form 349 a PDF file must be attached of Credit for a Qualified facility. I have searched everywhere several times and there is no form 349 completed or anything checked to allude to the need for the form.

I have the same message. One person just uploaded the signature form again another said they were working with support.

Try Changing the business code in federal. Late last night (2/25) there was an software update. Not sure which fixed the issue but it is fixed now.

Thanks for letting me know about the update.  Filing worked after I installed the update, had to delete the MSP forma again.
