No imports from Wells Fargo are working at all. I am texted a code to confirm my account, but the download fails every time. TurboTax is a complete waste of money if I have to type in all of this information from three multipage Wells Fargo 1099s

it doesn't work for me either.
I think they are trying to connect to a wrong location.
when I went online to log in and check my name and password, I got to a site that was for professionals, and not for the funds. I had to google what the correct site was for the funds. and yes, my user name and password were correct.

Sad that this problem persists apparently for years.
Also sad that "the best and most efficient way for you to connect with the right person"
is the standard unfriendly misanthropic deflection page that does not consider "import" as a topic.
