If I give a family member access to my account so they may use my license can they then see my filed return?

No.  If you use the Desktop program the returns are only on the computer you did them on.  They are not stored or saved in your online account.  Only the License number is in your Online account.

What about the online version of turbotax 2023?

Not unless you give them your username and password.  

Online is only good for 1 return per account.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version
