It seems like when I did the AMT section, TT asked me to fill in my income from last year's return from line 10 I believe, but my taxable income is on 11b. Am I misunderstanding this?

It depends. If they are asking about line 10 of the 1040, this is a QBI deduction that you may have taken last year. Can you send a screenshot regarding the message you are receiving in order to clarify your question?

I can't seem to get a screen shot. The prior page asks if I know my capital loss carry over amounts, I said yes, then on the next page, from last year's return, the system asks for info from the 2019 Schedule D and Form 1040, asks for the net short term capital gain, net long term capital gain, and allowable loss, Schedule D lines 7, 15 and 21, and the fourth entry or box asks for income, Form 1040, line 10, but my taxable income last year I believe was on 11b.

No, you cannot take "screen shots" via the system - it does not permit it - you're not doing anything "wrong", per se, it just does not allow it for many reasons. As for the Taxable Income line - yes, you are correct in that the information in the system is incorrect when it is directing you to line 10 - 2019 Form 1040 line 11b is the spot where it resides. The issue is known but cannot be corrected at this point as it is hard coded from prior years.
