Hello, I amended my taxes and was able to print the federal but not the state. What should I do. I signed up tp receive an email notifying me about the amended state return.

It depends on your state and when the amendment form becomes available.

I amended my return once and need to amend again. This time it is stuck on the screen saying that my state return is not complete, however, WA state does not require one.
