Already made estimated payment in 2/21/2024. To calculate underpayment penalty I getting error: Due Date you'll pay the balance due cannot be before the current date.

Did you enter the 2/21/24 payment in the Estimated and Other Taxes Paid section?

Maybe TurboTax thinks this estimated payment is for 2024 taxes, and not 2023 taxes. Could you have entered that value on the wrong screen?
