Air Force HPSP Stipend

I am currently a second year medical student involved in the Air Force HPSP scholarship program (to clarify, this is not the VA HPSP scholarship, though it’s the same benefit: tuition paid for and a monthly stipend). I found information regarding the VA HPSP stipend and how it’s not taxable, but I was wondering if the Air Force HPSP stipend also applies as tax exempt?
